2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Course Access & Licensing
Upon enrollment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal educational use. Sharing accounts or redistributing content is prohibited.
4. Code of Conduct
You agree to use SKILLHUB in a respectful manner. Harassment, cheating, plagiarism, or any disruptive behavior may result in termination of access without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, code samples, assignments, and documentation, are the intellectual property of SKILLHUB IT SOLUTION. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
SKILLHUB provides educational content on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, career advancement, or specific project results upon completion of any course.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to paid content will be revoked in accordance with our refund policy.
8. Modifications
SKILLHUB reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.

3-Day Demo Period
All students are provided with a 3-day demo period from the start date of their course or batch. During this period, students may evaluate the teaching methodology, course structure, and learning experience before making a final commitment.
No Refund Policy
After the completion of the 3-day demo period, all fees paid to SKILLHUB IT SOLUTION are non-refundable under any circumstances. No refund requests will be accepted regardless of attendance, course progress, personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, relocation, employment status, or change of mind.
Course Access & Batch Reservation
Enrollment secures a seat in the selected batch and grants access to course materials, resources, mentorship, and administrative support. Because these resources are allocated immediately upon enrollment, fees cannot be refunded after the demo period ends.

Students are encouraged to use the 3-day demo period to evaluate the program and ask any questions regarding curriculum, schedule, teaching methodology, or expectations. For any concerns, please contact our team before the demo period concludes.
