Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in SKILLHUB IT SOLUTION programs.

1. Seat Reservation Fee

Students may reserve their seat by paying a Seat Reservation Fee of ₹999.

The Seat Reservation Fee:

  • Is adjusted against the total course fee.
  • Confirms admission to a specific batch.
  • Is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

2. 3-Day Evaluation Period

All enrolled students are provided with a 3-day evaluation period starting from the first live session of their batch.

During this period, students may evaluate:

  • Teaching methodology
  • Course structure
  • Batch environment
  • Learning experience

Students who wish to discontinue must submit a refund request in writing within the 3-day evaluation period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests submitted within the 3-day evaluation period may be approved after deducting:

  • Seat Reservation Fee (₹999)
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Applicable taxes and administrative charges

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

4. No Refund After Evaluation Period

After completion of the 3-day evaluation period:

  • All fees become non-refundable.
  • No refund requests will be accepted for any reason.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Personal reasons
  • Change of mind
  • Academic workload
  • Employment commitments
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Relocation
  • Health reasons
  • Lack of attendance
  • Dissatisfaction after the evaluation period
  • Failure to complete assignments
  • Failure to obtain employment

5. No Placement Guarantee

SKILLHUB is a skill development and training organization.

We do not provide:

  • Guaranteed placements
  • Guaranteed internships
  • Guaranteed job offers
  • Guaranteed salary outcomes

Admission should not be considered as a promise of employment.

Students are responsible for their own career progression, job applications, interview preparation, and professional development.

6. Career Readiness Support

While placements are not guaranteed, SKILLHUB may provide guidance including:

  • Resume review
  • LinkedIn optimization
  • GitHub portfolio setup
  • Portfolio development
  • Interview preparation guidance

These services are advisory in nature and do not constitute placement assistance or employment guarantees.

7. Batch Transfers

Batch transfers may be approved at SKILLHUB's discretion based on seat availability.

Transfer approval is not guaranteed.

8. Recorded Sessions & Digital Content

Access to:

  • Recorded sessions
  • Course notes
  • Source code
  • Assignments
  • Downloadable resources

is provided for educational purposes only.

Once access has been granted, refunds will not be provided for consumed digital content.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Students agree to contact SKILLHUB directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of course access and legal recovery of outstanding dues.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By making any payment to SKILLHUB, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
